  If you throw the disc away at 9 - That's good defense
• Don't blame others' lack of skill on your failure to take their skill levels into account

• The best way to make sure someone never learns to handle is to never give them the disc
• Even during the most competetive of games, if you aren't having fun, you should be home mowing the grass
